Information we collect
When you submit the Get an Offer form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, the city and ZIP code where the equipment is located, a description of the equipment (such as type, brand, model, quantity, condition, age, and asking price), your removal timeline, any gym or facility details, and any photos or inventory documents you upload. We also record the submission date and a one-way hashed form of your internet connection address, used only to limit spam and abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to review your equipment, contact you about your inquiry, and arrange a potential purchase. If you separately opt in, we may occasionally contact you about equipment we're looking to buy. You can opt out at any time by emailing us.
Storage and access
Submissions and uploaded files are stored with our hosting provider in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Only DFW Gym Buyers can access them. Email notifications about new submissions may be sent to our business inbox.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that host the website, store data, or deliver email on our behalf, or when required by law.
Analytics
We may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site. These tools may use cookies.
